This page explains what Talon Builds collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. "Talon Builds", "we" and "us" mean the team behind talonbuilds.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms.

Register interest form:

• whether you're a startup or an established business, and your stage if you're a startup
• company name
• facility type, and a short description if you choose "Other"
• city and state
• size, when you need it, and whether you'd rather buy or lease
• your name, email and phone number (phone is optional)

Developers, lenders and investors form: your name, company, role and email.

Both forms also include a hidden anti-spam field that people should leave empty.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Talon Builds, and to understand what kinds of facilities people need and where.

Where it goes

• Your answers are stored in a database run by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1).
• A copy is emailed to the founders' inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form. To do this it may process information about your device and browser.
• Cloudflare hosts and protects this site, so it processes technical data such as your IP address when you visit.
• The site's font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

The founders are based in Australia, so your details may be accessed from there.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own use.
• We don't use advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

How long we keep it

Until we no longer need it for the reasons above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email hello@talonbuilds.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
